Drawing from his own experience in the NFL and the challenges he faced, former NFL pro Mykel serves as a mentor and coach, ensuring each athlete not only improves in football but grows as a person.

Mykel's passion for fitness extends to his community and allows him to serve as a coach and mentor for non-athletes as well through his weekly community bootcamps.

In his personal life, Mykel is an engaged father, enthusiastic follower of Christ and active in providing networking opportunities to other small business owners local to Central Ohio.
